When students report to school for their course, they will be put through a comprehensive Orientation Programme to ensure that all the information they have received from their agents are accurate and to prepare them for their educational journey ahead. Staff members will accompany students to collect their student passes from ICA, go for medical check up if required and assist them in starting their bank accounts.
To ensure that their interests are protected, SSTC ensures that all students are covered by Fee Protection insurance, Hospitalization & Surgical insurance and have fair and transparent Refund, Withdrawal and Transfer policies.
Students who have difficulty coping with their studies can see our Student Affairs Manager who will counsel them on their learning needs and advise them with practical solutions.
