PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE IN COUNTER TERRORISM
This course provides security practitioners and relevant safety and security personnel in any organisation with a good understanding of counter terrorism intricacies and operations. With the rising threat faced globally by terrorist organisations, it is essential for a course to provide a zoom-in perspective on the issues that has plagued the world since the ‘Sep 11’ incident.
This course intends to graduate its learners with a value added analytical skill set that will benefit both the security industry and national security apparatus when it comes to combatting terrorism locally, regionally, and globally.
This course is specially crafted as an easy to comprehend ‘handbook’ on counter terrorism. The strategies learned during this course will be a value-add to any individual who is passionate in safeguarding best interests.
Security Officers, Security Team Leaders, Supervisors, Teachers, Executives, Head of Departments, Managers, Directors and Senior Directors and even CEOs.
This course is also suitable for members of the public with non-security background.
Our Training Facilitators are hand-picked for their vast experience, professional qualifications, adaptability and areas of specialisation. All facilitators are Bachelor/Master Degree holders in Political Science & Strategic Studies.
They are a team of elite facilitators who specialises in security threats and terrorism related issues and have dedicated themselves in conducting extensive field research on analysing trends and patterns of extremist and terrorist entities within Southeast Asia and Middle East.
The team members are individuals well known for their expert knowledge and are passionate in sharing their real life experiences and ideology insights on this specially designed Counter Terrorism course for our frontline officers.
Part-Time Sessions are held two evenings per week over six weeks from 7.00 PM – 10.00 PM
Full-Time Sessions are held over five full days from 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM

Guided learning hours consist of 33 hours of classroom-based sessions inclusive of assessments.
AGE: Applicants must be aged 18 years and above upon commencement.
ACADEMIC: No academic minimum requirement.
ENGLISH PROFICIENCY: It is recommended, though not required, that participants possess a credit in the English Language at GCE ‘O’/’N’ Levels or Employability Skills System (ESS) of Level 5.
Candidates who do not fully meet the above requirements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Participants must at least attend 75% of the lessons and pass all assessments in order to be eligible for the Certificate of Attendance.
