Classes are held Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (inclusive of recess and lunch break).

Students must be 15 years old or above of age as of 1^st January of the examination year.

Students must have completed Year 9 or its equivalent in their respective countries. Students who are enrolling into the Extended programme must have completed Year 8 or its equivalent in their respective countries.

International students are strongly advised to have English proficiency equivalent to an IELTS/TOEFL iBT score of 5.5/70.

Application Closing Date: 4 weeks before course commencement.

* Students who opt to take the pure Geography Exam cannot register for this subject in the same exam sitting.

Lectures, interactive tutorials, paired or group learning, practical science lessons, drills and other interactive activities that are in line with the current best practices to support students’ learning.

The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority requires Student’s Pass holders to maintain an attendance of at least 90%. Students who attend at least 75% of lessons are eligible for a Certificate of Attendance.

Monthly progress tests are conducted as well as a Preliminary examination before the actual GCE ‘O’ level examination.

A GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate with 6 ‘O’ Level passes (including English Language) would enable students to meet the general academic entry requirements of many Junior Colleges, Polytechnics, Institute of Technical Education, Diploma, and other equivalent institutions not only in Singapore but also in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, USA, and New Zealand. Admission into these institutions is at the sole discretion of the individual institutions.
