Preparatory Course for Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) Examination
This course prepares students for the Singapore – Cambridge GCE ‘O’ Level examinations. The GCE ‘O’ Level is an entry requirement to most diploma and polytechnic programmes and Junior Colleges.
Objective
This course prepares students for the Singapore-Cambridge SEAB GCE ‘O’ level examinations.
Programme Structure
It is recommended that students doing this examination for the first time study 7 subjects.

Duration : 10 months or 16 months
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
(with 3 breaks)
Mode Of Delivery
Learning is done in a classroom environment. Teaching methods include class lessons, interactive tutorials, practical science lessons and other in-class activities.
Admission Criteria
International students who wish to apply for this course must have an English proficiency equivalent to IELTS / TOEFL iBT score of at least 5.5/70.
Students enrolling into this programme must be at least 15 years of age as of 1 January of the examination year.

Graduation Criteria
Students need to achieve 75% attendance in order to receive the Certificate of Attendance
Attendance Criteria
All students need to attend at least 75% of classes and to be eligible for a certificate of attendance.
Students’ Pass holders are required to maintain an attendance of 90% and above to meet the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority requirement.
Assessment / Examination
Monthly progress tests will be conducted as well as a preliminary examination before the actual GCE ‘A’ level examinations.

Educational Pathway
With SEAB GCE “O” level certificate with 6 “O” level passes (including English Language), the student will be accepted into most Junior Colleges, ITEs, Polytechnics and Diploma courses in United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Singapore.
