KpopX Fitness -
Get fit and have fun with KpopX Fitness! The popular fitness workout in K-pop Style. Sweat it out to 12 or 13 K-pop Hits in each workout session. It’s easy, popular, intense, and creative.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Anyone who is at least 16 years old can join. No specific experience or background needed.
WHAT IS THE DURATION AND SCHEDULE OF THE COURSE?
8 sessions of 1 hour/session held on:
- Tuesday : 7.00 pm – 8.00 pm
- Saturday : 10.30 am – 11.30 am
The workout dates are:
- Tuesday sessions:
1 Aug, 8 Aug, 15 Aug, 22 Aug, 29 Aug, 12 Sep, 19 Sep, 26 Sep
- Saturday sessions:
16 Sep, 23 Sep, 30 Sep, 7 Oct, 14 Oct, 21 Oct, 28 Oct, 4 Nov
Participants will need to ensure that they are available on all the workout dates that they sign up for as there will not be any make-up sessions.
HOW MUCH IS THE PARTICIPATION FEE?
Participation Fee (8 sessions): S$108.00
Application Fee: S$30.00*
TOTAL FEE: S$147.66
*The Application Fee is only payable for the first enrolment. This fee will be waived for subsequent enrolment(s).
WHAT IS THE CLASS SIZE?
A minimum of 10 participants.
SSTC reserves the right to reschedule the intake or continue with the intake should the number of participants is below the minimum class size to begin with.

Roslina is a certified KpopX Fitness trainer who is also registered with ActiveSG. She is a highly energetic and engaging trainer with over 2 years of KpopX Fitness experience.
